I have never really been into strongman competitions or anything like that, I mean I've seen them on television (mainly at Christmas), and because of this I thought I would hate going to see this live especially as the show was 4 nearly 5 hours long.

 

But all I can say is I was thoroughly surprised and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere in the arena was electric.

 

 

let me example a bit about it: there were 12 contestants from all over the world and they competed in 4 events throughout the evening and then at the end of the evening the overall winner was presented with a championship belt.
